Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at hello@roamwild.shop within 14 days of delivery. Include a copy of your receipt with the return. Once we review the item, we’ll provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Exchanges: For exchanges, email us at hello@roamwild.shop within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items should be unworn, unused, and in new condition, with the original receipt included. We’ll work with you to ensure you receive the item you love.

  • Unsatisfied with Your Purchase: If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please let us know at hello@roamwild.shop within 14 days. Items should be returned in new condition, with the original receipt included. After review, we’ll issue a full refund.
