Thanks for supporting Roam Wild Clothing Co.! We work hard to get your gear packed up and headed your way as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays. During product launches, sales, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on the best available rate and transit time.

  • Free Shipping is automatically applied to all U.S. orders over $75.

  • Orders under $75 will see real-time calculated rates at checkout.

Please note: We currently ship within the United States only.


Local Pickup (Bend, Oregon)

Local pickup is available at our parent location:

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package as it roams its way to you.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please reach out to us at hello@roamwild.shop and we’ll help you troubleshoot the issue.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered. In cases of theft or misdelivery, customers may need to file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.
